PR Diaspora Workshops
In the aftermath of Hurricanes Irma and María, The Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, and Open Society Foundations joined efforts to create the Resilient Puerto Rico Advisory Commission to develop recommendations to maximize the efforts for the island's reconstruction process.

As part of this process, we hosted focus groups with the Puerto Rican diaspora to evaluate and understand their role in the recovery and reconstruction of the island. These focus groups took place on two occasions, one at the 6-month mark after Hurricane María and another at the 1-year mark.
