ABOUT
Hi! Hola! Salut!

I am a design and innovation strategy specialist with a keen interest in cultivating systemic and social change. I bring 8+ years of experience building social impact strategies and developing programs through community-driven and inclusive design approaches and systems thinking. My work has spanned across the public, academic, nonprofit, and private sectors globally. I actively use my design, research, and facilitation skills to curate experiences that empower communities to exchange knowledge, collaborate, and build shared visions of the future.

Fascinated by humans, my work focuses on creating services and experiences that provoke people to explore the dynamic relationship between humans, social endeavors, and systems at large.
From designing an open innovation program for NASA to delivering foreign language lessons through experiential learning at a primary school in China to applying participatory methods to uncover insights about Puerto Rico’s reconstruction, I am constantly driven by curiosity and empathy.
In my design practice, and on a personal level, I’m most passionate about working and interacting with people. After all, design should be led through active engagement. Problem-solving is innate to my nature, and my work seeks to disrupt complex social systems to innovatively address emerging challenges of the 21st century! The way I see it, change is only possible when one dares to leap!
